What were you doing before you started at GoPromotional?
I spent most of my time before joining GoPromotional working at a local retail store which started as a part time job alongside my studies while at sixth form and University. I have also had a variety of other part time jobs such as coaching various sports and working in other retail shops and sales focussed environments.

What does being a Senior Account Manager entail?
My job is to build and maintain relationships with our clients. This includes understanding their needs, identifying opportunities for growth and providing solutions to help them achieve their goals. One of the most important aspects of my job is communication which is vital. I need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, as well as with my team members. This is essential for ensuring that everyone is on the same page and that we are all working towards the same objectives. In addition, a key part of my role is problem-solving. When issues arise, I need to be able to quickly identify the root cause and produce creative solutions to resolve them. This requires a deep understanding of our clients' needs, as well as a strong grasp of our own products and services.

What do you enjoy the most about your role?
No day is ever the same, I am constantly working with different people from a range of industries with a number of different challenges and goals to meet and exceed.

What’s one of the biggest lessons you’ve learned in your career?
That mistakes can happen and that the best thing to do when something doesn’t go right is to try to learn from them and keep improving and mainting a positive mental attitude.

What do you like about working at GoPromotional?
My colleagues are great and make the days in the office so much fun that time can pass so quickly without even noticing it.

If you could pick up a new skill in an instant, what would it be?
To be able to speak multiple languages.

What do you get up to outside of the office?
I’m a huge football fan so if I’m not playing football I’m usually watching or listenting to it.
