Smaller than I expected

This is smaller than I expected but it numbers on the tape are easy to read. I am hoping this will be a convenient tape measure for my customers/clients.

Clasp does not stay closed

The metal clasp on this is terrible. They have not stayed closed on many of them that I have given out. Nobody would trust their keys to this keyring.

Release button too sensative

This tape measure is what I expected for the cost. My biggest complaint is the release button is too sensative. Even the slightest touch and the tape retracts. I found it difficult to work with and I would probably not use it frequently. Thefore, this is not a very good effective marketing tool.
