too large and too hot

extremely hot to the touch and too large for a traditional espresso shot. The handle becomes too hot with the liquid inside, many of my guests have been observed using a napkin to hold the handle for comfort and this is an embarrassment.

Too many broken

I am very happy with my new mugs but I was unhappy that 4 of the 36 were broken. Now I have to mess with shipping them back or waiting for a new shipment.
